“The population of the Amur tiger in Russia’s Far East is reliably protected and is increasing every year thanks to the efforts by biologists, local history specialists, conservationists and gamekeepers.
I would like to note that such
significant results have been achieved with active contribution from enthusiasts,
volunteers of educational and humanitarian projects, and employees of the Amur
Tiger Centre. Your initiative and concern, as well as your truly caring
attitude to Russia’s
natural heritage deserve respect and recognition.
It is important to continue this
work based on the best practices and advanced scientific, organisational and methodological approaches, to actively contribute to the implementation of government programmes aimed at environmental protection and raising the level
of environmental culture in society.”
